We worked with Prep Partners Group to manage and develop this 150,000 sq. ft. commercial space located at Granite State Business Park, Rochester, NH. The Granite State Business Park is home to high tech, advanced manufacturing and medical device applications, including innovative products for the aerospace, health, auto, and defense industries.
